Item Condition: Returned items must be received in their original, unused, and unaltered condition. Items showing signs of wear, usage, or customer-induced damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As we strive to maintain competitive pricing across our catalog, we do not provide pre-paid return labels.

Policy Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges & Special Provisions
Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original product following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers hold a statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must remain in its original condition (unworn/unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging) alongside proof of purchase.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time to post the transaction.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where mandatory under applicable local consumer laws (e.g., EU/UK statutory 14-day withdrawal rights).
